The development of a new molecular method for the detection of Phytophthora cinnamomi

Summary

This project supported a Western Australian researcher in transferring new technology, a microarray system, for use locally in detection of microorganisms including Phytophthora cinnamomi.

Follow-on work would validate the use of the new microarray system for detecting multiple Phytophthora species.
