METS Innovation
MRIWA has a dedicated funding program for METS company innovation. The program includes grant funding and project facilitation.
METS Innovation Program
MRIWA recognises the role the Mining, Equipment, Technology and Services (METS) sector plays in the mining innovation lifecycle by translating new knowledge created through research into solutions that the mining industry can adopt readily.
The MRIWA METS Innovation Program will assist companies in developing products and services that can deliver efficiencies and increased productivity and increase the competitiveness of the sector.
The MRIWA METS Innovation program includes:
- A matched funding grant scheme for eligible and successful grant holder companies for collaborative projects.
- Assistance in connecting with potential collaborators and sponsors
- Support in navigating the innovation ecosystem and other available forms of support.
We encourage early engagement with our research portfolio managers, to work alongside you in developing your project.
